IIRC, they wouldn't take a return on the RAM either without a restocking fee or something like that.

I contact them that there is a problem and they told me I had to upgrade to the Samsung modules they sell. So I ordered some, I kept getting random crashes and I narrowed it down to RAM. The problem was, originally I purchased RAM that they advertised to work with unibody MBPs. I had a problem with them a while back but they compensated me after a long shit mess.
